SHIPPING & RETURNS

We at Urika.com.my want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. Please review our policies and procedures and let us know if you have any questions or concerns by contacting us athello@urika.com.my.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

DHL Express 2nd Day Air, 2-3 Business Days.

We strive to ship out all orders on the next business day. Orders are prepared in the order received and ship directly from our facilities.

*Shipping to Alaska requires an additional Fee that is determined by the weight of your order. We will call you to process extra fees before processing your order.

INTERNATIONAL

DHL International Economy, 7-9 business Days

Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office.

Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Urika will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

Urika will not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country’s import policies, please check with them before ordering.

BACK ORDERS

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the next business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Products are shipped, “No Signature required”, this authorizes the carrier to leave your package at the door of the shipping address provided or with a next door Neighbor. Healing Noni nor the carrier is responsible for any packages after they are delivered. If you would prefer a signature be required or have special instructions for delivery please let us know in the notation area of the checkout page upon placing your order.

When necessary or upon request alternative shipping can be made available.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

On-line orders can be paid by credit card.

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept most bank VISA or MasterCard debit cards.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you may return the unused portion for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase. The unused portion must contain at least 80% of the original portion of the product.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original and return shipping charges. If you were shipped the wrong product in error, you may return the product at our expense for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges.

You must call +60192255012 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to shipping your return. We reserve the right to refuse RMA’s if our return policy is being abused.

If you purchase nutrition bars that contain chocolate, they may melt during transit. Although this problem is rare, we suggest that you refrigerate all chocolate products as soon as you receive them to restore consistency.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON DAMAGED PRODUCTS.

We do not accept open returns of any product within our fragrance category. If the fragrance is unused and in its original packaging, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase.

To ensure delivery of your order, we have chosen reputable carriers for all of our domestic orders. All of our domestic shipments are sent with delivery confirmation from either the  Postal Service.

Urika.com.my is not responsible for undamaged merchandise once delivery has been confirmed by UPS or the Postal Service. All mail or parcels that are lost after delivery will be the sole responsibility of the consumer and all claims for packages lost after delivery will have to be filed directly with UPS or the US Postal Service.

Parcels that are either refused by the recipient or returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be processed as returns. You will receive a refund for the purchase price of your order minus the shipping charges.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We receive, collect and store non-personal information about your activity on our website. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. This information is non-identifying and is used exclusively to help us better our website performance and user experience. We only collect personally identifiable information that you have consented to provide us with. Consent can be given by subscribing to our mailing list, completing an enrollment form, contacting us via email or making a purchase through our website. Personally identifiable information may include your name, email, address, contact details, payment information (such as credit card and PayPal details), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you conduct a transaction on our website (such as signing up to our mailing list or enrolling in one of our courses), as part of the process, we collect your personal information such as your name, address and email address. It is never shared with third parties.  Specifically, we collect non-personal and personal Information for the following purposes:

To provide our students and web-users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

All direct credit card payment gateways used by Urika, adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

HOW YOUR DATA IS STORED

Urika is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored on secure servers, behind a firewall, through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications.

Urika will only contact you if you have consented to provide us with your personal information through the pathways outlined above. Reasons we may contact you include: to respond to an inquiry you have sent us; to send newsletters and promotional emails; to process your course or workshop enrollment; to process a purchase; to communicate regarding your coursework; to discuss payments; to troubleshoot course delivery issues, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enact any agreement we may have with you. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

 

USER GRIEVANCES & CONCERNS

At Urika, it is paramount that our students are safe, respected and inspired by their learning experience. Any member who endangers the physical/emotional/spiritual/mental safety or well-being of others (including but not limited to other students, or any urika team members) will not be tolerated and will be asked to alter their behavior immediately, or leave our institute.  Information regarding our courses and student/staff expectations, is clear and readily available. Members are encouraged to carefully read our Enrollment Terms prior to enrollment.

 

All member are encouraged to communicate freely and openly with their course facilitator with any concerns,. questions, grievances or feedback that they may have.  If a student is unable to resolve their concern with their Course Coach, then the matter will be escalated to the Educational Director for resolution.

 

All communication is held in strictest confidence and high regard. We aim to resolve any issues that may arise, fairly, promptly and effectively, seeking the best possible learning outcome for all.

 

 

URIKA CODE OF ETHICS

 

We take our business integrity and the best interests of our clients and students very seriously. All member of urika are required to agree that they will adhere to and implement the following code of ethics while in training and once qualified, as a means to maintain professionalism, safety and integrity in their practice.

 

1) Always conduct yourself and your clients with integrity and respect.

2) Protect client confidentiality and never divulge any identifying information about your clients, or client’s lives with anybody.

3) Respect personal boundaries and always act appropriately. Never initiate any unwanted or inappropriate physical contact with a client.

4) Client safety is paramount.  Always ensure your venue and equipment is safe, in excellent working order and that you are always mindful of your client’s physical, emotional and psychological safety.

5) Only work within your realm of education, qualification and experience, respecting your abilities and limitations.

6) Maintain honesty, transparency, fairness and integrity in all business matters including marketing, pricing and self promotion.

7) Always work within the limitations of the law and your professional bodies.

8) Never take emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, mental (or other) advantage of a client.

9) Always encourage clients to accept responsibility for their own healing, helping to empower them.

10) Always bring your ‘best self’ to the healing room- sober, present and accepting.

11) Always make sure clients are aware that Holistic Therapies are a complementary treatment, not meant to replace proper medical or psychological care.  Never suggest your client alter or cease any prescribed medications or treatments unless they have been instructed to do so by a licensed medical professional.
